Joe is an Author, Consultant, and Coach. He has more than 35 years of experience in large technology corporations and small technology startups. Joe is the author of Sustainable Quality (Business Expert Press) and an influential leader with extensive background in the disciplines of quality management, operations, manufacturing, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
Joe's proven strengths include driving positive change and improving productivity and business performance. He has been on the cutting edge of new methods and practices and have consistently raised the level of maturity in the organizations where I have worked. He has a passion for creating an environment that brings out the very best in people. Joe has been recognized for leading transformative change, building high performing teams, developing creative solutions for systemic problems, driving improvement, and examining culture as it pertains to quality and operational performance. Joe has a B.S. in Information Systems and M.S. in Management, with an emphasis in leading change. He graduated both degree programs with honors. Joe is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and Certified Executive Coach and Mentor (CECM). Joe was recently invited to be on the Advisory Committee for the Customer Experience Program at the Leeds School of Business for Colorado University Boulder. |
