Joe is the author of the book, titled Sustainable Quality, by Business Expert Press.  It is focused on leadership, culture, change and continuous improvement.  The key premise for this book is that for any type of change effort to be sustainable, there is must be a strong positive culture in place first.  Joe has been an author and speaker on numerous papers, articles, webinars, and podcasts.
